Thompson Team Helps Meet Goal at Largest "Feed My Starving Children" Event

This summer, our very own Suzie Avins, Annette Curlee, Sena Baldwin and Lynda Garber helped pack meals for Sumter's sixth Feed My Starving Children event at the Sumter Civic Center. FMSC is a Christian nonprofit committed to feeding starving children all over the globe. The meals are donated and distributed every day in schools, orphanages, clinics and feeding programs. Look for this important event next summer as they need LOTS of volunteers to help meet their goal of packing over half a million meals!
